Terms and Conditions

RETURNS

TORN LIGHT RECORDS can usually provide a full refund if:

1. Titles are unopened (if applicable) and unplayed.

2. Any clothing is unworn and unwashed.

3. Returns arrive to TORN LIGHT RECORDS within 30 days of shipment.

However:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Discontinued & sale items are not returnable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact orders@tornlightrecords.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

TORN LIGHT RECORDS cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

SHIPPING

If an item is returned undeliverable the customer will be charged for shipping to reship the item.

We are not responsible for items lost in route by mail carrier.

PREORDERS

Pre-orders ship as soon as possible and TORN LIGHT RECORDS will notify you on shipping schedule. Usually this means releases arrive before release date, and we truly apologize if your pre-order arrives slightly late. We cannot prevent all shipping delays and we cannot ship orders any earlier than possible.

All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a pre-order. If you prefer not to wait please place separate orders for items not on pre-order.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Unfortunately sometimes customers will receive items that are damaged or defective. Please contact orders@tornlightrecords.com with your order # and a description of the issue (preferably with photos), and we will likely send a replacement.

CUSTOMS FEES

International TORN LIGHT RECORDS shipments are subject to customs fees. Shipping costs do not take them into account. The customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt.
