The group “Twin Peaks” was formed in the city of Kotovsk, Tambov region (Russia) in 2002 by Konstantin Kirpu, Denis Terekhov. Egor Tikhonov and Dmitry Vasyatkin later joined the group. “Shanghai Basements”, their newest album, has the spirit of post-punk and urban romance, influenced by Kino, The Cure, and The Sisters of Mercy.
