Incredibly rich and raw recordings from VU in 1966. Blown out and dragged down. Side A features a Reed-less band with Angus Maclise still in the fold. Side B takes us down in the SYMPHONY OF SOUND. Cacophony and blistering feedback reigning. It’s one of the most psychedelic VU recordings I’ve heard. Hopefully someone can put this on wax eventually.
