Josh Landes (Limbs Bin) first release under his own moniker, and not the latter. An unmasking of a somehow familiar character, Provincial Electronics is a soliloquy for the burnt but still sharp. Deeply introspective and personal, it’s a still life of a grinder, a stack of bloodyminded CDs and your favorite hoodie. Pinched and zippered synths swirling, psychedelic noise hell is real in a post-Merzbow society.
