Akin to the electronic kraut forefathers Moebius & Roedelius – “For the Moment” Captures John Di Stefano’s work over 1981 to 1996. Kosmiche at times, ethereal & new age electronics. Swaths of synths & post-punk rhythms. Stefano’s background as a percussionists bring together an array of cassette culture music of the times of the releases. Easy to recommend this to both kraut-electronic heads, ambient fans & new age listeners. Even the mutant post punk may get down.
